Dear Fraser Coast Calisthenics Families,
It is that time of the year again where we start planning for our girls for the following Calisthenics year. The first part for our girls is to consider whether they would be interested in performing in a solo,duo or graceful item. We would like you to consider the following points below plus read the information sheet in the link below when making your decision and then contact the club with an expression of interest by the following date 23rd July 2023. You may choose to do an item competitively or recreational. Recreation pupils perform at concerts and may perform at eisteddfods.
1. Girls considering applying must have undertaken Cali skills to the required level.(Competitive only)
2. Parent/girls must understand that training will only be undertaken on a weekends/weeknights: day and times to be confirmed.
3. Parents/girls must commit to competing at all S/D/G competitions held in the first half of 2024 (Competitive only)
4. Preferences may be given for which item they would like to perform, however the final decision will be that of the coach
5. Parents are expected to source their own costumes (the club does not supply S/D/G costumes for competitors.)
6. The expression of interest is not automatic acceptance of being selected for a S/D/G.
7. If an offer is made, the club/coach will provide you with a cost structure before you commit to the season.
